Delete my iDealDP account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from the app or by email.
From the app
- Open the Me tab.
- Open My data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without access to the app
Email us from the address linked to the account at with the subject “Delete my iDealDP account”.
Deleted data and retention
The account, profile, photos, preferences, connections and associated personal data are deleted. Transient message media is purged within 72 hours and undelivered encrypted envelopes within 30 days. Data strictly required for legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution may be retained for the period required by law.
