Child Safety Standards

This American English version is the reference version.
1. Zero Tolerance
iDeal DP has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the sexualization of minors, and any attempt to use our service to harm a child.
Anyone who violates these standards is permanently removed and reported to the competent authorities.
2. Adults Only
iDeal DP is an 18+ service. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use the service under any circumstance.
- A date of birth is required at sign-up, and the 18-year minimum is enforced both in the app and on our servers.
- Identity certification uses a selfie and a liveness check, and may include an identity document. This makes it materially harder to hold an account under a false age.
- If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we terminate it and delete the associated data.
3. What Is Prohibited
The following are forbidden, without exception:
- Producing, storing, requesting, sharing or linking to CSAM.
- Sexualized depictions or descriptions of minors, whether real, fictional or generated.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any sexual approach directed at a minor.
- Sextortion, or threatening to publish intimate content.
- Trafficking, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
- Impersonating a minor, or presenting oneself as a minor.
4. Prevention, Detection and Removal
- Public content — profile photos, biographies, reels, outings and community posts are subject to moderation and may be reviewed at any time.
- User reports — every profile, reel, outing and group can be reported from within the app, in a few taps.
- Human decision — sanctions follow a written, deterministic policy. Automated tools are advisory only; no permanent sanction is applied without human review.
- Immediate action — a credible child safety report leads to precautionary suspension while we investigate.
- Permanent removal — confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and preservation of the evidence required by law.
Private messages are end-to-end encrypted
We state this plainly: private conversations on iDeal DP are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them and we do not scan their content. Protection in that space relies on user reporting: when a member reports a conversation, the report and the material they choose to share reach our safety team, which acts on it.
5. Reporting to Authorities
We comply with all applicable child protection laws. Where the law requires or permits it, we report apparent child sexual abuse material and related conduct to the competent national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and the equivalent bodies in the countries where we operate, and we preserve the associated data as required.
6. How to Report
- In the app — use the report action available on any profile, reel, outing or group.
- By e-mail — write to safety@idealdp.com. Reports concerning a child are treated as the highest priority.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

8. Review
These standards are reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the law or our practices change.
