6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the service — structure, interfaces, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks including iDeal DP, databases, source code, and models — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Dynamic Dating Group, Inc. or its licensors.

Any reproduction, display, modification, adaptation, extraction, or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement (17 U.S.C.; Articles L. 335-2 and L. 342-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code; Directive 96/9/EC).

Content published by users remains their property, subject to the license granted to the publisher under the Terms of Service.

7. Hosting Status and Reporting Illegal Content

The publisher provides a hosting service within the meaning of Article 6 of the Digital Services Act, Article 6 of the LCEN, and 47 U.S.C. § 230. It is under no general monitoring obligation (Article 8, DSA).

Illegal content may be reported through the in-app tool or to notice@idealdp.com, stating:

• precise identification of the content (URL, identifier, screenshot);
• the reasons it is believed to be unlawful;
• your name and email address;
• a statement of good faith as to the accuracy of the information provided.
